Merchant guide
Set up your account yourself in about fifteen minutes. Under each step you'll find where it is in the app.
- 🧾 Services & products: one list for your site and “+ Lead” — reps pick from it (one or more, or “Other”) instead of typing, and you can merge old names.
- 🎯 Targets in your own unit: a target in SAR, in quantity (metre, sheet, ton…) or in deals — or several at once — with motivating colours, messages and daily advice.
- Stage names: name the lead stages the way your business talks.
- 🗑 Delete a customer: the owner deletes a customer and can bring them back from “Deleted”.
- My details: each team member edits their own name, cities, districts, phone and email.
- 💰 Collection: record the deposit, payments and when the rest is due; the app reminds you of what's overdue.
- 🎯 Period target and management report: a target from one date to another, and reports with charts and filters you arrange yourself.
- Lost reason: a setting that makes reps write why a lead was lost.
- العربية / English: each team member picks the app's language.
- 🔔 Alerts: each person chooses what reaches them and how.
- 🔎 Search and filters: find any lead by name, phone, city or district.
- Export: the Excel file now has paid, remaining, due date and lost reason.

1. First sign-in
- Open app.alsoukalkabir.com and tap “Continue with Google”, or type your email to receive a 6-digit code.
- No account yet? From the free trial page, open your business account yourself: business name, your mobile number and your website address. Try the platform free for 14 days.
- Have more than one business, or work for another merchant? Switch between them from “My page → My businesses”.
2. Set up your page (“My page”)
This is the page your customers see and order from. Fill in the sections in order, then tap “Save” at the bottom:
- Logo and headline: one sentence that says what you offer and to whom.
- Services: one service per line; the customer picks from them in the request.
- Form: the questions you want the customer to answer. If you have reps in more than one city, add a choice question called “City” so each lead goes to the rep for that city.
- Banner image and work photos: real photos of your work build a lot of trust.
- WhatsApp number, FAQs and customer reviews.
After saving, open your website on your phone and send a test request yourself, to see what you receive.
3. Add your team (“My page → My team”)
- The easiest way: tap “Create join link” and send it to your staff on WhatsApp. Each one opens it and signs in with Google, is added as a rep, and you get an email with their name.
- Or add them yourself: name, email or mobile, and role.
- Roles: Co-owner (everything, including the subscription), Sales manager (all leads, reports and the target), Marketing manager (all leads, reports, the website page and ads), Customer service (all leads, assigning and following them up), and Rep (their own leads only).
- Cities: set each rep's city and turn on “Auto-assign new leads”. Each lead goes to the rep for its city, or if there isn't one, to the rep who has gone longest without a lead.
- The plan includes 3 team members besides you; each extra member is SAR 100 per month.
4. Install the app and turn on notifications
- From “My page” (or “My account” for staff) tap “Android” or “iPhone”.
- Android: the install window appears; tap “Install”.
- iPhone: open the app in Safari, tap the Share button ⬆︎, then “Add to Home Screen”.
- Open the app from its icon and allow notifications, so you get an alert with every new lead. Anyone who doesn't turn them on gets an email instead.
Your customers can also install your website on their phones as an app in your name, from the bar that appears at the top of the screen on mobile.
5. Receiving and following up leads (“Leads”)
- Every request from your website shows up here instantly, with its source (TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Meta, or direct).
- Tap a lead and contact them with the call or WhatsApp button, then change the status: New → Contacted → Quoted → Won or Lost.
- When you make a sale, enter the sale value: your reports and ad return are calculated from it.
- Set a follow-up date, and the lead appears in “📌 Today's follow-ups” on that day.
- If nobody contacts a lead within 30 minutes, you get a “leads waiting for your reply” alert at 10 am and 5 pm.
6. Reports and the monthly target (“Reports”)
- The week in numbers: how many leads came in, how many sales were made, response speed, and each team member's performance.
- Every Sunday you get the weekly report by email.
- Set a monthly target, and the whole team sees how close it is.
- Enter your ad spend, and you'll see the return from each platform.
7. Connect your ads
- In “My page”, add your pixel IDs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) so the platforms know who requested and who bought, and bring you more customers like them.
- Every lead arrives with its source automatically, from the ad link.
8. Your own domain
- From day one your website works at yourname.alsoukalkabir.com.
- Want your own domain (such as mystore.sa)? Add it from “My page → Your domains” and follow the steps, or ask support to connect it for you.
9. Subscription and payment (“My page → Subscription”)
- SAR 500 per month (you and 3 team members), or yearly with 20% off.
- Setup: we set it up for you for a one-time SAR 3,000, or you activate it yourself for free with this guide.
- Transfer to the company account shown on the page and tap “I've transferred”. As soon as we confirm receipt, your subscription renews.
- Details are in the terms and conditions.
10. Search and filters (“Leads”)
- Type in “Search by name, phone, city or district”. Phone numbers work in any form: 05…, 5…, +966… or just part of it.
- Owners and managers: pick “Team member…” to see one person's leads, with how many they got, how many are open, sold and lost. Pick a city from “All cities”.
- Reps see only their own leads, in search and everywhere else.
11. Collection and reminders (lead page → “💰 Collection”)
- Open a lead marked “Sold”; the “💰 Collection” card is under the sale amount.
- Tap “+ Record the deposit”: enter the amount and how it was paid (cash, bank transfer, card, cheque), then set “Remaining due on”.
- Add each later payment with “+ Record a payment”; the bar shows how much is collected until it is fully paid. Moyasar payment links count automatically.
- Reps record payments for their own leads, and each payment shows who recorded it. Only the owner and the sales manager can delete one.
- Reminder: the “💰 Collection reminder” card at the top of the leads list (overdue, due within 3 days, and no due date), plus the morning notification. Hide it with “Close until tomorrow”.
- Report: “Reports → Management report → Collection”: collected, still outstanding, by which rep, and what's overdue.
- Export: “Reports → Report & export for a period → Leads Excel file” now includes paid, remaining, due date and lost reason.
12. Period target and management report
- Target: tap “Set target” and choose this month or “Set period” (from one date to another), handy for a campaign. The whole team sees the progress and each person's rank.
- Targets in your unit: set one goal or more: sales in SAR, quantity in your unit (type the unit: metre, sheet, ton…) and number of deals. Each goal has its own bar.
- Quantity: once you set a unit, reps see a “Qty” box under the sale amount when they mark a lead “Sold”, and it counts towards their rank.
- Colours and messages: the card is blue “Warming up”, then yellow “Almost there”, then green when the target is reached. Under “Colours and messages” you choose where yellow starts (70% by default) and write the three messages your way.
- Advice: under the bar the app works out from your own numbers what it takes per day, whether the team is behind the pace, and how many “Quoted” leads to follow up today.
- Management report (“Reports → Management report”): pick the period, then filter by team member, source, city, service or status. Turn on “Compare with previous period” to see the difference.
- Tap any bar in a chart to make it a filter.
- With “Customize dashboard”, hide the sections you don't need and reorder the rest; it's saved to your account on all your devices.
The management report is for the owner, the sales manager and the marketing manager.
13. Lost reason (“My page → My team”)
- Turn on “Reps must write why a lead was lost”: a rep can't save “Lost” until they write the reason in at least four words.
- The reason shows on the lead page and in the export, so you know why leads are lost.
- It's off at first, and optional for the owner and managers.
14. Changing the language (العربية / English)
- In “My page” (or “My account” for team members), tap “English” or “العربية”; the app and the screen direction switch.
- Each person picks their own language without changing anything for colleagues, and gets emails and alerts in it.
- Your messages to customers and your page stay as you wrote them.
15. Alerts (“My page” or “My account” → “🔔 Alerts”)
- “How they reach you”: phone or browser notification, email (only when no notification arrives, always, or never), and WhatsApp for reps.
- “What reaches you”: new leads (all, only those assigned to you, or none), the morning list and reminders, customer reviews and complaints, and sales.
- The choice is yours alone and doesn't change anything for your colleagues.
16. Lead stage names (“My page → My team”)
- Open “Lead stage names” and type the name that fits your business next to each stage, e.g. “Quoted” → “Sample sent”, then “Save”.
- The new names show for the whole team in the list, the lead page, the reports and the export.
- Only the names change; reports, targets and alerts stay the same. Leave a box empty for the default name.
Owner only.
17. Deleting a customer
- At the bottom of the lead page tap “🗑 Delete customer”: they disappear from the list and the reports for everyone.
- You'll find them under “🗑 Deleted” at the bottom of the leads list, where you can bring them back or delete them for good (handy for test data).
- A customer with an open payment link can't be deleted, and one who paid by card can't be deleted for good.
Owner only.
18. My details (“My account” or “My page”)
- In the “My details” card, each team member edits their name and the cities and districts they cover, straight away.
- Changing the phone or email needs a code sent to the new one, since it's how they sign in.
- New leads are still assigned by city; districts are for display only.
19. Services & products (“My page” or “My account”)
- Write your services and products once in “Services & products” (up to 20). Customers pick from them on your site, and reps pick from them in “+ Lead” instead of typing.
- In “+ Lead” a rep can pick one or more, and the last choice is “Other”: tapping it opens a box to write what it is, and it shows that way in the reports.
- The question text (e.g. “What services do you need?”) is changed in “My page → Form” or in “Services & products”, and shows on the site and in “+ Lead”.
- Merge old names: leads whose service was written several ways (e.g. “Sinks” and “Solid-surface sink”) — pick them and the right name (“Sink”), and the leads and reports are updated.
- The manager dashboard and report count each service on its own: a lead wanting “Kitchen + Sink” shows under both.
Only the owner, the sales manager and the marketing manager change the list; reps pick from it.
20. Support
Support WhatsApp 0555447840, from 8 am to 4 pm. You'll also find a “Message support” button in “My page” and “My account”.
